Finito 4.0: Shift book software out of the internet

Burghausen, December 12th 2014: New Solutions GmbH offers their proven shift book software with the latest version Finito 4.0 as a cloud software. Users can use the program similar to Microsoft Office 365 or Google app for business over the internet. Customers already booked the "software as a service"-version of Finito since October.

The main advantages of this shift book software out of the internet are the simple use and the low costs: "Authorzied users can use Finito with an internet access from everywhere. Companies do not have to invest into hardware, licenses or long-term contractual obligations. There is only a manageable, monthly fee", explains Christian Ehrenschwendtner, CEO of New Solutions GmbH. Therefore users get access to a fully developed electronic shift book, which is influenced by twelve years of experience in the industry sector. Finito is updated regularly and adjusted to latest requirements or a changed environment.

The offer "Finito 4.0 out of the cloud" is addressed to small and medium-sized companies, working in shift operation. The purchase and launch of new IT systems is limited due to small personell and financial capacities. The shift book software out of the internet can include plants from other countries in the company-wide shift book without technical effort. The installation of the software on your own computer systems can be omitted", says Ehrenschwendtner.

The data is encrypted and transferred into a data center in Germany. "We only save your data in Germany under German Law and compliance requirements", emphasizes Ehrenschwendtner.

Users can also transfer Finito "as a service" from the cloud into their own data center for individual adjustments if they wish to do so.

Companies in the industry sector collect and record incidents and information out of the daily shift operation in a standardized form with the software Finito. The input is accelerated through text modules, automated monitoring, collection of measured values (Watchdog) and the electronic signature. The shift report functions as protocol for the shift transfer. All entries are saved audit-proof in a central data base after the shift is finished.
